How do I return an item?

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
 
Our return policy is as follows:

All products that we are selling are brand new and assumed in perfect working condition (as stated to us by the manufacturer), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for all returns.
 
If you would like to return an item just follow these steps:
 
  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. By email: rusabh@comcast.net or call us (215)-921-1376.
  2. After contacting us, we will direct you in shipping the product back to us.
  3. When we receive the product we will refund the purchase price and buyers shipping cost to us. There is a 20% restocking fee for open or used products.
 
Please keep in mind that communication is the key to solving any problems that may arise during the transaction, please contact us by email ASAP. OUR HONESTY AND REPUTATION can complete the transaction smoothly and flawlessly as possible. Customer satisfaction is our GOAL We valued our customers greatly and will not stop short of anything within our policies to help you solve any possible issues.

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us ASAP. We ship our packages within 24 hours and cannot cancel the order once it has been shipped.
